| Shipping |
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States. Large orders, items which are oversized or shipped via U.S. Mail, overseas shipments, Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Military addresses & P.O. Boxes may incur additional shipping costs depending on weight of package and can take longer to arrive once shipped or are governed by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced or shipped from. Overseas shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery depending on method of shipping once shipped. Not all items are available for U.S. Mail shipping. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee. Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only. C.O.D.'s shipments are available upon request. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please call us direct at 1-352-250-0071 to place an order or for current shipping times for particular products. |
| Returns / Credits |
Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization. Returns received used or without original packaging per Closet Marketing policy will not be accepted unless defective. Please call customer service direct prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. All hand crafted quilts, special order bed skirts, special order canopy tops, special order bedspreads, and "Special Order" items are non returnable. Sheet sets not defective, items are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. All Sales Are Final. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to manufacturer if returned or is a non-returnable item per Closet Marketing policy. |

| Special Order Items |
All products which are indicated as "Special Order" are custom made and NON-RETURNABLE. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items, if you receive a special order item and it is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 2 to 6 weeks before shipping. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions on "Special Order" or non-returnable items, or cancellation policies. |
Damages/Exchanges/Replacements/
Defects/Claims/Warranties |
All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed per Closet Marketing policy. Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per Closet Marketing return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by Closet Marketing. Wrinkling of fabrics may be common for most 100% cotton. Closet Marketing and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. | Cancellations |
Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order by phone or fax only. Please call 1-352-250-0071, or fax your cancellation to 1-352-669-1387. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per Closet Marketing product and/or return policy. You may e-mail Closet Marketing for status inquiries. Please provide name and address item is shipping to, and brief description of items ordered. Tracking numbers may not be available for all shipments, if an order has been shipped and is past due for delivery, mis-delivered or possibly lost by the shipping company, you may contact Closet Marketing to have the package tracked. |
Backorders / Product Delays
& Out of Stock Items |
Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to Closet Marketing or its customers. Closet Marketing may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. |

Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered. All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Closet Marketing and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material. |

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover for credit card payments. Cashier checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted for mail-in orders, personal checks may delay order processing 10 to 14 days to allow for check clearance. Credit and debit cards will be authorized upon receipt of order and charged at time of shipping or if shipment is imminent, some secured credit cards or debit card bank issuers may withhold funds upon authorization by Closet Marketing. |
